• Experience with digital banking products and self-service technologies.
• Ability to identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers through in-person, by appointment, and virtual interactions to provide banking counsel.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and complete service requests.
• Educate clients on deposits, loans, and digital banking options.
• Collaborate with branch team members to deliver an optimal client experience.
• Proactively educate clients on digital products and self-service tools to meet financial needs.
• Ensure accurate processing of customer and account information.
