U.S. Bank is seeking a Client Relationship Consultant to engage customers across in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels, advising on deposit and loan products while guiding them through a digital-first experience.

The role emphasizes proactive outreach, deep client needs assessment, and collaboration with branch teams to deliver an optimal banking experience and accurate service delivery. A strong focus on education of digital tools is required.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients.
• Thorough knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures and support systems.
• Proven customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identifies solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs by effectively engaging and communicating with clients.
• Maintains working knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services including digital products and services.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests and credit applications.
• Educates clients on emerging and self-service digital products and services to meet financial needs.
