Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail banking experience 3–4 years or equivalent training preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels to provide banking guidance.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on deposit/loan products and digital services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions with a digital-first approach.
• Maintain knowledge of bank policies and risk controls; participate in NMLS registration process when required.
