Qualifications

• Typically has a minimum three to four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identify solutions for new and existing clients based on needs by engaging with clients.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process credit applications.
• Educates clients on digital products and self-service tools.
• Provide an optimal client experience with account transactions and service requests.
