Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year demonstrated sales experience in a relationship-oriented and client-centric environment.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills and ability to engage clients in-person and by phone.
• Able to learn new information, adapt to technology platforms, and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Partners with teams to provide consumer and small business solutions, services, and strategies for clients’ needs.
• Educates and trains clients on simple self-service transactions and leverages resources to improve the client experience.
• Maintains compliance with processes, laws, and guidelines in daily activities such as account openings and maintenance.
• Manages client interactions by selecting the best course of action for the bank and its clients.
