Job summary

Bank of America is hiring for a Financial Center Associate to be the first contact for clients, uncover personal banking needs, and connect them with specialists. You will deepen client relationships, support self-service and transactional activities, and maintain exceptional client care.

Responsibilities include walking clients through products, educating on self-service tech, and ensuring compliance with regulations while delivering accurate service and timely follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year demonstrated sales experience in a relationship-oriented and client-centric environment
• Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and focus on results
• Collaborates effectively to build relationships and get things done
• Displays passion and drive to deliver a positive financial-life experience for clients
• Confident in identifying solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Comfortable engaging all clients in-person and by phone
• Ability to learn new information and adapt to changing circumstances
• Applies critical thinking and problem-solving to client needs
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities
• Notary commission in the state of work or ability to obtain within months
• Available to work weekends/extended hours at multiple locations
