Job summary

LoanCare seeks a Client Relations AccountExecutive III to manage end-to-end Client/Agency relationships in mortgage servicing. You will ensure satisfaction, coordinate problem resolution, and provide insights through monthly business reviews, while staying current with HUD, GNMA, and industry practices.

The role requires 5+ years in mortgage servicing or customer service, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in mortgage servicing or mortgage banking.
• 5+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong knowledge of the mortgage industry; agency and insurer experience required.
• Strong knowledge of GSE, HUD, VA and GNMA guides.
• Strong negotiation and mediation skills, to structure a negotiation that serves the best interests of LoanCare.

Responsibilities

• Interact, manage and maintain all aspects of the Client/Agency relationship.
• Ensure Client/Agency satisfaction with month-to-month comparisons and issue resolution.
• Serve as main point of contact for Client/Agency inquiries.
• Understand Client/Agency business and speak about servicing industry best practices
• Lead training and implementation for new staff within Client’s/Agency’s shop
• Provide monthly business reviews for Client/Agency on trends and SLAs
