This role emphasizes leadership, financial acumen, and industry insight, with a focus on delivering measurable growth while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in Client Delivery roles with a proven track record
• Expertise across multiple digital platforms and how they work together
• Strong analytical skills driving marketing decisions
• Advanced skills in Google Suite, Excel & PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple client accounts and develop comprehensive plans
• Act as primary advocate for clients within the agency
• Coach and evaluate team members with regular 1:1s
• Utilize client KPIs and market trends to guide strategy
• Develop innovative, award-worthy solutions for clients
