Tinuiti is seeking a Client Partner Senior Account Manager in New York. You will nurture client relationships, guide strategic decisions using KPIs, and drive budgets and forecasts with accuracy. You will analyze data to tailor campaigns and collaborate with internal teams to achieve outcomes.

Responsibilities include regular client updates, education on strategic directions, and leveraging channel expertise across SEM, SEO, CRO, Social, and more. A strong analytics mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Client Partner roles.
• Expertise in multiple digital platforms and how they work together.
• Google Analytics.
• Project Management tools.
• Research tools: Pathmatics, SimilarWeb, Kantar/Vivvix, Resonate, Commspoint.
• Strong data analysis and marketing decision experience.
• Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Foster strong, transparent relationships with clients, providing regular updates on project status, issues, and resolutions.
• Utilize client KPIs and industry trends to offer strategic guidance and impactful solutions.
• Lead budgets and forecasts with clients, ensuring efficient media spend and correct billing of fees.
• Develop a thorough understanding of each client's industry, goals, and challenges to tailor strategies.
• Engage with internal teams to drive positive client outcomes and initiatives.
• Act as the client contact, delivering timely progress updates and addressing concerns promptly.
• Educate clients on strategic directions and decisions to reinforce trust.
• Maintain knowledge of market developments and best practices to enhance strategies.
• Leverage knowledge of multiple digital channels to tie recommendations to business goals.
