Job summary

Infosys Limited seeks an Associate Manager - Client Services for its Retail vertical. This role will lead client interactions within the assigned account scope and collaborate with the Client Partner to develop the account plan for effective client management.

The position involves handling a portfolio with P&L up to $10-30M, delivering client relationships, governance, and pursuit of new opportunities across consumer/retail/CPG sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; foreign equivalent acceptable.
• 7+ years of experience with strong sales/relationship/account management responsibilities.
• Industry experience in Consumer/Retail/CPG/QSR is a plus, food domain ideal.
• Demonstrated ability to interact with CXO-level client contacts.
• Proven experience in proposal creation and leading proposals/presentations.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship is required.

Infosys is seeking an Associate Manager - Client Services for its Retail vertical. The individual will lead all client interactions within the assigned account scope and, in collaboration with the Client Partner or Senior Client Partner, develop the account plan for effective client management.

Usually, an Associate Manager - Client Services handles a single account or part of a large account with a P&L of up to $10-$30 million.

Role Description

• Client relationship management and business development: lead client relationships, build a portfolio up to $10-30M, lead the opportunity management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close
• Client delivery assurance: collaborate with all delivery partners involved to ensure fulfillment of all commitments to the client.
• Account planning and governance: create the account plan including relationships required, opportunities to be pursued, price decisions, etc.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education and 7+ years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience
• Significant business development and project management experience
• Experience in the relevant industry/vertical
• Experience in the Consumer/Retail/CPG/QSR industry/vertical is a plus, food domain is ideal
• Track record of interacting and building relationships with CXO level client contacts
• Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience

Estimated annual salary range for candidates based in the US will be$100,000 to $187,000
