Fiserv is seeking a Senior Account Manager to oversee operational relationships with key clients and support quality delivery of products and services. You will work with clients, Relationship Managers, and internal teams to resolve service delivery needs and drive long-term growth.

Qualifications

4+ years of account management, client service or relationship support in banking/fintech/financial services.
Experience handling client escalations and cross-team resolutions.
Strong communication with client contacts and internal stakeholders.
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Finance/Business, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned clients and coordinate resources.
Monitor service performance, identify risks and drive issue resolution to completion.
Partner with Relationship Managers to support satisfaction and revenue growth.
Translate client needs into actionable plans with owners and timelines.
Communicate updates and resolutions to client contacts and internal teams.
Support governance routines for complex accounts with meeting prep and tracking.
Leverage client feedback to recommend process improvements.
