Job summary

Warehouse Anywhere is seeking a Senior Client Operations Coordinator to lead complex storage requests and mentor the Operations Coordinator team. You will act as a subject-matter expert, guide on complex customer situations, and drive improvements across client operations.

This role partners with Technology, Operations leadership, and Customer Success managers. You will oversee testing of new platform features, coordinate UAT, and ensure SOP and security standards are reinforced while onboarding

Qualifications

• External candidates must have 3+ years of experience in customer service, account coordination, leasing coordination, or similar roles.
• Experience mentoring, training, or supporting peers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for testing new platform features, workflow enhancements, and product releases.
• Coordinate UAT activities across the Operations Coordinator team, including planning and issue tracking.
• Provide guidance and mentor Operations Coordinators to improve performance and SOP adherence.
• Manage complex lease transfers and source storage units for high-value or complex requests.
• Act as escalation point for complex customer situations and high-risk communications.
