Job summary

Laird Norton Wetherby is seeking a Client Services Business Manager to serve as the operational hub for internal enablement across HR, Technology, Finance, and Operations. The role coordinates onboarding, training, budgeting, and communications to support client service leaders and advisors.

Based in Seattle or San Francisco, this hybrid position requires at least 2 days on-site per week with up to 3 days remote, reporting to the Practice Line Heads, and occasional travel for team events and

Bachelor’s degree required.
5+ years of operations/coordination/administration experience; people-management preferred.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; drive clarity and follow-through.

Responsibilities

Support recruiting and onboarding for Client Services in partnership with HR.
Own onboarding readiness for new hires (access, tools, introductions, role enablement).
Coordinate ongoing training and track completion of learning and credentials; support performance reviews.
Coordinate internal meetings and events, plan logistics and follow-up actions.
Manage budgets and subscriptions; coordinate learning platforms and tools for the team.
