Job summary

Axos Clearing LLC is seeking a candidate to serve as the primary contact for new clients, coordinating the conversion of outside accounts and assets. You will train clients on the proprietary platform and operations, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with all levels of staff to ensure timely and accurate onboarding.

Responsibilities include managing account setups, data manipulation for new records, and supporting RIAs with process improvements.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma
• 5-7 years of experience in the financial services industry
• Series 63
• Series 7

Responsibilities

• Coordinates all operational functions supporting new business, including establishing new RIA firm records on the host system, manipulating data files for account creation, populating forms for new accounts and custodial transfers, managing statements, and processing fee calculations and collections.
• Investigates, escalates, and documents issues that threaten successful and timely conversion efforts.
• Tracks the status of each new client relationship throughout the conversion process and provides feedback to management.
• Cultivates strong relationships with RIAs, while problem solving and resolving any issues that arise.
• Provides advanced training and orientation for new RIAs on processes and systems via video conferencing and/or on-site.
• Trains, educates, and mentors other Conversion Managers on a day-to-day basis as well as provides advice for more complex issues.
• Assists with identifying and resolving intricate trading issues.
