Job summary

Axos Clearing is seeking a customer-facing Conversion Manager to serve as the primary contact for new clients and coordinate the seamless conversion of outside accounts and assets.

You will train new clients on the proprietary platform, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate across teams to ensure timely conversions and growth opportunities for RIAs. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial services, with emphasis on Wealth Management and operations support for RIAs and Broker Dealers.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; strong client advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates all operational functions supporting new business, including account establishment and custodial transfers.
• Investigates, escalates, and documents issues that threaten successful conversion efforts.
• Tracks the status of each new client relationship throughout the conversion process and provides feedback to management.
• Cultivates strong relationships with RIAs and provides advanced training on processes and systems via video or on-site.
• Collaborates with Sales Relationship Management to identify opportunities for new account growth and support firms’ growth.
• Provides feedback to enhance internal processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Trains, educates, and mentors other Conversion Managers on day-to-day basis and advises on complex issues.
• Assists with identifying and resolving intricate trading issues.
