Job summary

Clear Street is a modern financial services firm focused on cloud-native clearing and custody systems for global markets. The Client Onboarding Associate will support onboarding, account openings, and ongoing KYC for hedge funds, asset managers, and family offices, coordinating with sales, trading, and legal/compliance.

You will join a fast-paced onboarding team created to modernize the client lifecycle, and you will help shape processes in a growing, in-office environment in New York.

Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in Client Onboarding, ideally within Equities Prime Brokerage, Futures Clearing, or Security-Based Swaps.
Strong client-focused mindset with relationship management skills through market cycles and product changes.
Collaborative, autonomous when needed, and able to contribute on strategic initiatives and workload surges.

Responsibilities

Partner with sales, trading, and operations on all facets of the client lifecycle including onboarding, new account openings, periodic refreshes, and offboarding.
Work with multiple teams to ensure compliant, efficient onboarding and ongoing KYC processes for institutional clients.
