Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking a Senior Client Manager to lead client relationships on the Business Insurance team in Raleigh, NC. You will deliver coverage analyses, risk management recommendations and collaborate with carriers to negotiate pricing and terms.

The role involves mentoring Client Service Associates and driving growth through best-in-class service. A P&C license and relevant designations support success in this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Business Insurance.
• Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain in 90 days of employment).
• Insurance designations (i.e. INS, AAI, CISR) or knowledge of Business Insurance coverages.
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with clients, prospects, client teams and producers to provide best in class service and drive growth.
• Providing coverage analysis, risk management recommendations, negotiating coverage and pricing with carriers, preparing proposals, and resolving billing issues.
• Mentor our Client Service Associates by developing their policy-checking skills and coverage knowledge.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
