• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
• Experience in the financial industry.

• Coordinate and execute business development initiatives, including partnerships and proposals.
• Support client service efforts by tracking deliverables and deadlines.
• Provide the CEO with clear progress reports on internal projects.

• Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, operations, technology, and external partners.
• Maintain project documentation, timelines, and status reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency across business development and client services.
