Job summary

Blue Chip in Illinois is seeking a Client Coordinator to support multiple client teams and become a key internal and client team member. You will learn the agency processes, methodologies, and project lifecycles to support efficiency and profitability while strengthening team and client relationships.

You will manage details of large campaigns or smaller, tactical assignments, schedule internal and external meetings, and maintain project records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• 0-3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage details of large Integrated Campaigns or smaller tactical assignments.
• Set and schedule internal/external project meetings; maintain milestone history.
• Assist in communicating project status and in development of PM tools and templates.
• Support client leaders with print production and digital/web production processes.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university
