Job summary

Publicis Groupe in New York City is seeking a Senior Manager, Client Leadership to develop and lead omni program development. Candidates must reside within commuting distance for a hybrid schedule.

You will manage day-to-day client relationships, drive projects from brief to execution, and collaborate across creative, strategy, and media teams to deliver measurable results. Strong retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of marketing or advertising experience.
• Strong agency and retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day client relationship while collaborating with senior leadership to establish and expand a broader client partnership.
• Independently drive projects from brief to execution with the internal team and client, translating key information and managing timelines.
• Manage client expectations to ensure alignment in all work processes and deliverables.
• Support and partner with VP, Client Leadership to grow assigned businesses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, strategy, media) to own the work and drive success.
