Mars United Commerce is seeking a Senior Manager, Client Leadership to help develop and lead omni program development. Candidates must reside in a commutable distance to our New York office for a hybrid work schedule.

In this role you will lead day-to-day client relationships, drive projects from brief to execution, and collaborate across cross-functional teams to expand partnerships and revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related field.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of marketing or advertising experience.
• Strong agency and retail experience.
• Strategic thinking in the development of shopper marketing programs and leadership of day-to-day business.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day client relationship with senior leadership to expand client partnerships.
• Drive projects from brief to execution, translating key information and managing timelines.
• Manage client expectations to ensure alignment across work processes and deliverables.
• Support and partner with VP, Client Leadership to grow assigned businesses.
• Collaborate across creative, strategy, and media teams with ownership of the work.
