Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a client-facing account leader to bring clarity, momentum, and connection to complex client work in healthcare communications. You will serve as the day-to-day lead across priority accounts, translating strategy into action and ensuring deliverables and timelines are met while safeguarding relationships with senior clients.

The role requires 7+ years in account leadership or client service within healthcare, life sciences, corporate affairs, or integrated communications,

Qualifications

• Experience in account leadership or client service in healthcare, life sciences, corporate affairs, public relations or integrated communications.
• Strong client-facing presence and ability to build trust with clients and senior leaders.
• Excellent writing, content development and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day lead and client contact across priority accounts and workstreams.
• Translate strategy into action and manage deliverables, timelines, and opportunities.
• Listen to client needs and ensure teams are prepared and follow-through is clear.
• Track risks and roadblocks, escalate when needed and resolve where possible.
• Identify organic growth opportunities and expand scope or introduce additional capabilities.
