Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in account leadership or client service in healthcare, life sciences, or communications.
• Strong client-facing presence and trust-building with senior leaders and teams.
• Ability to connect discussions across conversations and opportunities.
• Excellent writing and content development and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with sound judgment in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day lead and client contact across priority accounts.
• Lead the daily rhythm of engagements, translating strategy into action with timelines and deliverables.
• Listen to client needs and ensure teams follow through clearly.
• Track risks and roadblocks, escalate when senior input is needed.
