Job summary

Circana is seeking a Client Insights Senior Manager II to lead advanced analytics and client storytelling for our Raleigh site, onsite up to 3-5 days weekly. You will synthesize data from Circana's data assets to inform growth strategies for key clients in a hybrid work environment.

The role requires 3+ years in marketing/insights with CPG or marketing services, experience with Circana/IRI/NPD data, and strong cross-functional collaboration. A Bachelor's degree is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, sales, insights, or related functions in CPG, research, or marketing services.
• Experience with Circana/IRI/NPD or other syndicated data solutions is required.
• Experience with retail data, shopper marketing, and CPG sales preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Advanced Analytic Skills: Conceive, manage, and deliver fact-based analyses that provide clients with clear, actionable insights to inform strategy.
• Consultative Selling: Help identify and close opportunities by linking client needs to Circana capabilities and guiding proposals.
