Job summary

Circana is seeking a Client Insights Senior Manager II (Onsite, Raleigh, NC) to lead complex analytics and strategic insights for key clients in the tobacco and consumer goods space. This hybrid Raleigh-based role focuses on turning data into actionable growth strategies and delivering compelling client deliverables.

You will collaborate with Circana SMEs, manage the selling process, and mentor teammates while shaping engagement with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, insights, or related functions.
• Tobacco or Total Nicotine industry knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with Circana/IRI/NPD or other syndicated data solutions such as NielsenIQ is required.
• Experience with retail data, shopper marketing, and CPG sales preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Conceive, manage, and deliver fact-based analyses to inform strategy.
• Identify client needs and scope questions for discovery.
• Envision outcomes, plan analyses, and structure deliverables.
• Apply multiple data sets to address client issues with insights.
• Help teammates improve deliverables and contribute to thought leadership.
• Collaborate with Circana SMEs to deliver proposals.
• Support consultative selling and close business opportunities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners to deliver solutions.
