ADP is hiring a Human Resources Consultant in the Inland Empire area, including Chino, Ontario and Corona. You will act as a trusted advisor, applying HR expertise and ADP product knowledge to solve clients' critical business challenges.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent in a systems-related organization.
• 5–8 years in customer service or human resources with proven results.
• Must reside in or near Inland Empire CA and be able to travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an HR expert to ADP's largest clients and support complex products/technologies.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve client issues with proactive information and training.
• Communicate effectively to exceed client expectations and uphold ADP's integrity.
• Develop recommendations and share best practices with less experienced colleagues.
