Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of client sales and service experience
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and building client relationships
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office
• SAFE compliance within 30 days of employment and related background checks
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing needs
• Willingness to work weekends or extended hours

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced client service and sales support for deposit, credit, and service lines
• Contribute to meeting sales targets by expanding and retaining relationships
• Support team sales process with consultative conversations and referrals
• Engage in branch leadership routines and trainings
