You will develop financial solutions, refer complex needs to specialists, and participate in teller duties as needed. Strong communication, multitasking, and compliance with regulatory requirements are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• SAFE compliance within 30 days of employment including NMLS background checks.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing needs; some weekends/extended hours may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced client maintenance, problem resolution, and sales related to deposits, credit, and other product lines.
• Contribute to meeting client service and sales targets by expanding and retaining relationships.
• Refer complex client needs to internal specialists and participate in consultative conversations.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and trainings.
• Enhance product knowledge and sales techniques through ongoing training.
