Job summary

Marsh & McLennan Agency is seeking a Sr. Client Service Executive in California to drive retention and expansion of a multi-million dollar client book and to serve as an industry expert for the Employee Health & Benefits Division.

Responsibilities include overseeing client service, providing strategic consulting, developing cross-sell opportunities, and building relationships with executives. Requires 10–15 years in health benefits and a valid CA license.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of service/sales experience in large client group health and welfare products/markets.
• Bachelor degree strongly preferred.
• Expert knowledge of Employee Benefits marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client service and business development activities.
• Provide thought leadership and consulting for total rewards programs.
• Develop cross-sell opportunities and manage a $1.5M–2M+ book of business.
• Represent MMA at industry events and build C-suite relationships.
• Lead the client service team to meet client needs and ensure deliverables.
