Job summary

Trucordia Insurance Services, LLC in San Francisco seeks a seasoned insurance sales professional to lead a portfolio and drive new business through proactive outreach, presentations, and trusted client relationships.

You will manage a book worth six figures in commissions, collaborate with Client Service, mentor less experienced producers, and leverage our sales tools to sustain high renewal rates and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• State-issued Property and Casualty or Life and Health Insurance license required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 5+ years in an insurance sales role.

Responsibilities

• Meets established sales quotas on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Utilizes Trucordia sales and marketing tools to execute results-oriented activities such as cold calls, in-person appointments, and prospect presentations to close new business.
• Acts as subject matter expert to master chosen area of focus/specialization to ensure highest probability of long-term success. Continually manages a book of business to support high renewal rates.
• Collaborates with Client Service to analyze renewal business and place new business accounts.
• Works closely with less seasoned Producers to mentor the sales and production cycle to ensure success.
• Maintains a notable book of business worth $500,000 in agency commissions/revenue year-over-year.
• Follows Trucordia sales methodologies and best practices, including proper use of Trucordia tools and sales management platform.
