The role requires seven years of related experience and a Property and Casualty license; you will collaborate with sales staff, manage endorsements, and negotiate terms with carriers, while delivering top client service.

• Strong computer proficiency including Microsoft Office products.
• Minimum 7 years of similar or related experience.
• Property and Casualty license required for state of business and must fulfill continuing education requirement to retain license.

Responsibilities

• Supports and demonstrates IMA Select’s core values.
• Maintains client and carrier relationships and handles inquiries, endorsements, audits, and certificate issuance.
• Manages renewal processes including pre-renewal summaries, quotes, and renewal invoices.
• Leads conference calls and client meetings to review insurance strategies.
• Mentors junior staff and provides guidance on renewal strategies and client satisfaction.
• Delivers technical guidance and training to sales staff on insurance topics.
• Participates in cross-selling new lines of coverage.
• Tracks accounts receivable per policy.
• Attends education sessions to expand knowledge.
