Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial insurance marketing/placement/brokering and client-facing experience.
• Experience with both client and carrier relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary expert resource and first point of contact for assigned clients.
• Define marketing strategies, target pricing, and carrier selection with Producers.
• Coordinate renewals, manage documentation, and ensure compliance across systems.
• Prepare and deliver proposals to clients and prospects.
