Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial insurance marketing/placement/brokering experience, client- and carrier-facing.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary expert resource and first point of contact for assigned clients.
• Collaborate with Producers to define marketing strategies and carrier selection.
• Maintain client data in agency systems and coordinate renewals.
• Oversee renewal timelines and prepare proposals for delivery.
