Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking a Senior Client Executive for the Business Insurance team. You will develop relationships with clients, prospective clients, and carriers, acting as an advisor to assess risks and provide innovative solutions for complex risk issues.

You will lead marketing, servicing and retention for large accounts, coordinate resources across Claims, Risk Control, Executive & Professional Liability, and related areas, and help expand MMA's insurance solutions across North

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required; equivalent experience considered.
• P&C License or ability to obtain within 90 days; CPCU/CIC/ARM/AU designations encouraged.
• Experience with agency management systems and advanced Excel proficiency required; strong analytical skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with clients, prospects and carriers; serve as advisor on risk issues.
• Assess risks and provide innovative risk solutions for complex business issues.
• Lead marketing, servicing and retention for large accounts; coordinate resources across Claims, Risk Control, and Liability areas.
• Support growth of MMA's business insurance solutions across North America.
