You will work on handling service requests, marketing insurance, and coordinating with carriers to place policies, while upholding company standards and building lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming service requests from customers and carriers.
• Manage new and renewal insurance marketing: negotiate with carriers, prepare materials, collect client information, and order policies.
• Collaborate with the sales/service team to negotiate, prepare proposals, collect information, and place policies with carriers.
• Update client records in the agency management system and maintain accuracy.
• Identify and act on up-sell and cross-sell opportunities with colleagues.
• Provide consistent, high-quality customer service and adhere to company policies.
