Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency seeks a Senior Client Executive on the Business Insurance team to cultivate relationships with clients, prospects and carriers, acting as advisor on risk and insurance solutions. You will lead marketing, servicing and retention for larger accounts, coordinating Claims, Risk Control and more.

The role favors candidates with 10+ years in insurance, P&C license, and professional designations (CPCU/CIC/ARM/AU).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field is required.
• Minimum ten years' experience in an insurance agency or brokerage.
• P&C Insurance License required or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• CPCU, CIC, ARM, or AU designation or equivalent knowledge is preferred.
• Experience with Agency Management Systems and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

A day in the life.

As our Senior Client Executive on the Business Insurance team, you'll develop relationships with clients, prospective clients, and carriers. You will serve as an advisor and consultant to clients in order to assess risks and provide innovative solutions to complex risk-related business issues, demonstrating expertise in Loss Sensitive and Captive programs. You will guide the marketing, servicing, and retention of larger accounts, and determine resources needed to support clients and prospects (Claims, Risk Control, Executive & Professional Liability, etc.).

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, in business or related field.
• Minimum ten (10) years' experience in an insurance agency or brokerage environment
• P & C Insurance License or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Completed CPCU, CIC, ARM, and/or AU designation or ability to demonstrate equivalent knowledge and ability.
• Experienced in Agency Management Systems

The applicable base salary range for this role is $117,900 to $219,800.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
