EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking a seasoned Client Executive to support our specialty construction contractor clients with risk management, claims administration, coverage advocacy, and program design. This is a hybrid role, with training in-office and then 2 days remote; travel to Birmingham, Atlanta, Dallas, or Nashville as needed.

This team is based in-office in Birmingham, AL and has been voted a Best Place to Work! The team works hard & plays hard; their teamwork & culture is a huge part of their success. Their specialty is supporting clients in the commercial construction, infrastructure, & oil & gas industries. This is an exciting opportunity to join a driven, energetic, fun team!
In your role as Client Executive, you will use your insurance background to assist our specialty construction contractor clients with a wholistic approach to risk management including assisting with escalated service issues, claims administration, coverage advocacy, and P&C insurance program design and stewardship. The goal of this role is it free up time for producers and Marketing Account Executives to spend more time on their highest value tasks and opportunities. This will allow additional capacity for Marketing Account Executives to work on program design and placement without leading the team on service issues. It will also allow the production team to spend more time on new business.
HYBRID - Role will be fully in-office during training & onboarding, then can work 2 days per week from home / 3 days in-office.
Role can work out of any of the following EPIC offices: Atlanta (Sandy Springs) GA, Birmingham AL, Dallas TX, or Nashville TN. For those not working in Birmingham, occasional travel to the Birmingham office would be required.
Compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, training, certifications, education, internal equity, and market data. This role may also be eligible for bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
