DeepJudge AG is seeking its first Senior Manager, Client Enablement to build scalable training for lawyers and firm administrators. You will design repeatable learning paths, craft scripts, and develop self-serve resources while delivering high-impact training for key clients.

You’ll partner with Product and Customer Success to turn new features into training, coach CSMs, and lead on-site and virtual sessions. Will travel up to 40% as needed.

Competenze

• 5–10 years of experience in client education, training, or enablement in the legal or legal tech industry.
• Experience building training programs from the ground up, not just delivering sessions.
• Ability to measure training impact and adoption.

Mansioni

• Design repeatable, role-based learning paths for users and firm admins.
• Define what is self-serve vs. delivered by CSMs, and which engagements you lead.
• Own core training courses from scripting to publishing; maintain guides and help content.
• Coach CSMs with scripts, demo flows, and facilitation guides.
• Plan and lead on-site and virtual training days for large, strategic clients.
• Partner with Product to translate new features into training and share field insights.
• Measure the impact of training on user adoption.
