Job summary

DeepJudge AG is seeking a Senior Manager, Client Enablement to design and scale a client training program for lawyers and administrators. You will balance building the program with delivering high-stakes training to our largest clients, helping customers learn the product effectively and adopt our AI-powered tools.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in client education, training, or enablement in the legal or legal tech industry.
• Legal experience, ideally as a former attorney or in enablement or customer education at a legal technology company.
• Built a training program from the ground up with scalable resources beyond live sessions.
• Know how to measure whether training works and its impact on adoption.
• Hands-on with scripting, recording and editing video, and writing clear documentation.
• Present with confidence and credibility to partners, senior lawyers, and firm leadership.
• Thrive building from scratch in a fast-moving company.
• Based in the US Eastern Time zone (New York City area preferred) and able to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Design repeatable, role-based learning paths for DeepJudge users and firm administrators.
• Define what clients learn self-serve, what CSMs deliver, and which engagements you lead directly.
• Own core training courses such as Intro to DeepJudge and Intro to Admin, from scripting through recording and publishing.
• Write and maintain user guides, quick-reference materials, and help center content.
• Equip and coach CSMs with scripts, demo flows, and facilitation guides.
• Plan and lead on-site and virtual training days for large and strategic clients.
• Partner with Product and Product Marketing to turn new features into training, and share field insights to shape the product.
• Measure the impact of training on user adoption.
