Job summary

Syllo, a remote-friendly software company serving the legal space, seeks a Senior Client Training Manager to own training for Syllo's largest accounts. You will design account-specific curricula, deliver live and asynchronous sessions, and maintain client portals, translating usage data into actionable insights for clients.

In this senior IC role, you will collaborate with Instructional Designers and SME leads to ensure curricula reflect latest workflows, while driving retention and expansion

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing training, customer success, litigation, or account management.
• Deep familiarity with legal workflows and eDiscovery.
• Experience managing enterprise client relationships at the law-firm or in-house level.
• Experience designing LMS-based training and client portal content.
• Proven ability to run multiple accounts with strong project management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end training relationships for a defined book of Syllo's largest accounts.
• Conduct learning needs assessments and design account-specific curricula.
• Deliver live and asynchronous training sessions tailored to use cases and configurations.
• Build and maintain dedicated client portals for each account.
• Produce monthly and quarterly learning analytics reports for clients.
• Collaborate with instructional design and domain experts to update curricula.
• Capture client feedback and surface pain points to product and account teams.
