Wordsmith is seeking an Enablement Lead in Edinburgh to own onboarding, training and enablement end-to-end for customers. You will design curricula, build self-paced certifications, run live sessions for lawyers, business users and admins, and maintain a thriving enablement library that evolves with product updates.

You’ll partner with Transformation, Customer Success, and Product to ensure enablement reflects real implementations and product changes, while coaching champions who scale knowledge

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in customer enablement, training, onboarding or similar role.
• Designs learning curriculums and outcomes.
• Confident in front of audiences, in person and on video.
• Experience creating self-paced content (courses, certifications, guides, video).
• Clear, warm communication style that makes complex ideas easy to grasp.
• Strong organizational skills to run several programmes and deadlines.
• Comfort with data and reading product-usage information.
• Curiosity about AI and legal technology; willingness to learn product deeply.
• Strong learning mindset and openness to feedback.

Responsabilités

• Own customer onboarding and design the journey to a confident, capable team.
• Teach Legal AI fundamentals and build the curriculum.
• Lead live onboarding sessions and product walkthroughs for diverse users.
• Create online certifications and learning paths for self-paced training.
• Maintain the enablement library and retire outdated content.
• Diagnose adoption issues and re-engage struggling customers.
• Train champions to teach colleagues, amplifying knowledge.
• Shape in-app help with guidance and prompts in Wordsmith.
• Measure learning outcomes and use evidence to improve training.
• Collaborate with Transformation, Customer Success, Support Engineering and Product to reflect real implementations.
