Job summary

DeepJudge is hiring its first Senior Manager, Client Enablement to scale training for lawyers and firm administrators. You will design repeatable, role-based learning paths and deliver high-stakes training to our largest clients while building scalable self-serve resources.

You’ll partner with Product and CS to turn new features into training, and you will measure training impact on user adoption. This hands-on role blends program design with direct delivery in a fast-moving company.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of client education or enablement in legal tech.
• Experience as attorney or in enablement roles at a legal tech company.
• Experience building scalable training programs.
• Ability to measure training impact on adoption.
• Hands-on with content: scripting, recording, editing video, documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design repeatable, role-based learning paths for users and firm admins.
• Define self-serve content and which engagements you lead.
• Own core training courses from scripting through publishing.
• Write and maintain user guides and help content.
• Coach CSMs with scripts, flows, and facilitation guides.
• Plan and lead on-site and virtual training for large clients.
• Collaborate with Product to turn features into training and share insights.
• Measure training impact on user adoption.
