Job summary

DeepJudge is hiring a Senior Manager, Client Enablement to build a scalable client education program for lawyers and knowledge managers. You will lead live sessions when needed and create robust self-serve resources for ongoing adoption and success.

This hands-on role splits time between building the program and delivering high-stakes training engagements with our largest clients, traveling up to 40% and collaborating with Customer Success, Product, and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in client education, training, or enablement in the legal industry.
• Built training programs from scratch with scalable resources.
• Able to measure training impact on adoption.
• Hands-on with content: scripting, recording and editing video, and writing clear docs.
• Confident presenter to partners and senior lawyers.
• Based in US Eastern Time zone with up to 40% travel.

Responsibilities

• Design repeatable, role-based learning paths for DeepJudge users and firm administrators.
• Define self-serve vs CSM-delivered training and which engagements you lead.
• Own core training courses from scripting through recording and publishing.
• Write and maintain user guides, quick-reference materials, and help center content.
• Coach CSMs with scripts, demo flows, and facilitation guides.
• Plan and lead on-site and virtual training days for large/strategic clients.
• Partner with Product/ Marketing to turn features into training and share insights.
• Measure the impact of training on user adoption.
