Job summary

DeepJudge AG in the United States is seeking its first Senior Manager, Client Enablement to design and scale a training program that meets lawyers where they are—live sessions when needed and strong self‑serve resources elsewhere.

This hands‑on role splits time roughly evenly between building the program and delivering high‑stakes training engagements for our largest clients, with users who are lawyers and knowledge professionals.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in client education, training, or enablement in the legal or legal tech industry.
• Experience as a practicing attorney or in enablement at a legal technology company is preferred.
• Built a training program from the ground up with scalable resources beyond live sessions.
• Able to measure training impact on user adoption.
• Hands-on with content: scripting, recording and editing video, and writing clear documentation.
• Comfortable presenting to partners, senior lawyers, and firm leadership.
• Willing to base in the US Eastern Time zone and travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Designing repeatable, role-based learning paths for DeepJudge users and firm administrators.
• Defining what clients learn self-serve, what CSMs deliver, and which engagements you lead directly.
• Owning core training courses from scripting through recording and publishing.
• Writing and maintaining user guides, quick-reference materials, and help center content.
• Equipping and coaching CSMs with scripts, demo flows, and facilitation guides.
• Planning and leading on-site and virtual training days for large and strategic clients.
• Partnering with Product and Product Marketing to turn new features into training, and sharing field insights to shape the product.
• Measuring the impact of training on user adoption.
