Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Strong program management skills.
• Strong analytical, financial, and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for a general audience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the customer experience throughout the delivery phase of the project
• Ensure customer communication is seamless
• Manage delivery from contract to cash and hit revenue targets
• Partner with Installations team for tight coordination across projects
• Partner with Project Finance to align financing with goals
• Work across the organization and with customers to remove roadblocks
• Create and maintain an easy to understand progress report structure and escalation process
• Partner with Sales and Marketing on expanded opportunities with customers
