Job summary

Bloom Energy seeks a Senior Manager, Commercial Operations to bridge sales, engineering, finance, and legal in North America. You will own proposal development, RFP management, and robust contracting processes, collaborating with application engineering, operations, and structured finance to build solid project plans and pricing.

You will negotiate contracts with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in sales operations.
• Strong knowledge of fuel cell tech, microgrids, renewables.
• Proven track record supporting complex sales cycles and leading cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business, Energy Management, or related field; MBA or advanced degrees are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contract creation, standardization, and negotiation with sales, legal, and finance teams.
• Develop tailored proposals with engineering, pricing, and structured finance.
• Ensure approvals through internal workflows and manage Salesforce documentation.
• Lead cross-functional meetings to align proposal strategies, pricing, and customer engagement approaches.
• Develop pricing structures and payment terms aligned to customer needs and PnL.
