Job summary

Bloom Energy is seeking a Senior Project Leader for the Customer Installations Group to lead on-site projects from Newark, DE. Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of project management experience, including 5+ years in distributed energy solutions or hyperscaler data center projects.
• Experience managing installation budgets >$100 million (excluding product cost).
• PM/engineering credentials and strong budgeting, forecasting, and scheduling skills.
• Experience with gas/electric utilities permitting and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Pre-contract: support deal teams, develop duration-based schedules, drive FEED studies, build risk registers, and host War Rooms.
• Post-contract: finalize baseline schedule and execution strategy to deliver SOW to client.
• Manage cost, schedule, and risks using project management fundamentals.
• Define project team structure and hire temporary resources as needed; oversee design/construction contracts.
• Prepare and review regulatory outreach and permit strategies, and interconnection processes.
• Deliver project commissioning and ensure safety and performance metrics meet targets.
