Qualifications

• PM experience spanning 12–15+ years, incl. 5+ years in distributed energy or hyperscaler data center projects.
• Experience managing installation budgets over $100 million.
• Bachelor’s in Engineering; PMP certification required.
• Strong communication to executive leadership; ability to report with little notice.
• Experience with gas and electrical utilities and permitting.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale commercial and industrial fuel cell deployments for hyperscaler data centers.
• Prepare pre-contract deliverables and FEED studies; drive pre-contract execution plans.
• Finalize baseline schedule and execution strategy post-contract.
• Manage cost, schedule and risks using project management fundamentals.
• Identify and hire temporary staff as needed.
• Design and negotiate construction contracts; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Interface with Bloom Energy cross-functional resources; contribute to product innovation.
• Ensure safety and performance metrics during site construction and commissioning.
• Deliver status updates to executive leadership; present to stakeholders.
• Travel ~40% for large projects.
