Job summary

Kavaliro is seeking a Senior Client Delivery Specialist in Stamford, CT, to manage complex client relationships and lead high-impact initiatives across wealth management technology and reporting. Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a related field.
• Experience managing 5-10 people.
• Bachelor's degree from a rigorous undergraduate program.
• Excellent customer relations skills and able to foster relationships.
• Strong understanding of financial instruments.
• Experience with RIA/Wealth Management policies, procedures, and client service.
• Experience with wirehouses and/or custodians such as Pershing, Schwab, or Fidelity.
• Proactively assess and act upon client and company needs.
• Organized and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Highly attentive to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable with technology and learning new software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and explain portfolio performance results.
• Conduct account level reconciliation and resolve breaks, cancels, and corrections.
• Develop and strengthen client relationships: onboarding, account setup and training, day-to-day support.
• Software maintenance and setup: system setup, new client setup, data feed management, create custom reports.
• Liaise with vendor partners for enhancements and data issues.
• Prioritize work within a team to meet deadlines and specifications.
• Establish operational controls, policies, and procedures.
