Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technology delivery or program management.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale technology platforms.
• Financial services or Wealth Management experience.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional technology programs.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance considerations.
• Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology initiatives supporting Wealth Management.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to define priorities and translate business objectives into technology roadmaps.
• Manage cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Operations.
• Drive executive-level governance, reporting, risk management, dependencies, and escalations.
• Oversee platforms supporting sales enablement, content management, digital enablement, and advisor tools.
• Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are incorporated throughout delivery.
• Manage vendor and platform partnerships.
• Drive delivery within Agile or hybrid environments.
